Got to work far to early, so kept on driving until I reached a Costa Coffee, got a mag “Black and White Photography” for some early morning research. Kicked back for 45 mins ain a comfy chair and watched the world go by.
A young couple aimlessly walked while holding hands along a wet muddy trail. They must be in love as the wind bit coldly and the sun sunk behind the horizon as they did not rush. Maybe wanting to make the most of the warmth from their hands.
“When you are courting a nice girl an hour seems like a second. When you sit on a red-hot cinder a second seems like an hour. That’s relativity.” ― Albert Einstein
Somedays you just can’t call it, I looked hard for inspiration but couldn’t see it. Then just as I was leaving to come home I saw this Ibanez Guitar in the corner of the room resting in its stand. An old friend of someone (not me I’m tone deaf and have 2 left hands with 10 thumbs :)) waiting silently for them to return, hoping one day they will make sweet music together.
I tried this one from various angles and with different compositions, I think this is the best. This house looked out over the harbour of Pserimos Island. The island still has very traditional views but tourism is now part of its culture. It was odd as there is very little there, yet it had five or six tavernas.
I can remember going Raspberry picking with my mum when I was about 4 years, there used to be an old shed and stream at the boot of the field. Mu mum kept telling me not to go to the stream but being a boy thats where I always ended up. I still love Raspberries they must be one of my favourite fruits right up there with Blackberries.
